Prices
The prices quoted on SonnemoGuitars.com are in SEK incl. 25% VAT.
SonnemoGuitars reserves the right to adjust prices without prior warning.

Shipping information

Orders placed on items in stock are usually shipped within 1-4 working days if no custom additions are made. We ship our guitars with DHL (incl. insurance), but smaller shipments such as hardware etc. are shipped with Postnord or Schenker.
Customers outside Sweden, please contact us at sonnemoguitars@hotmail.com for shipping qoutes and other info.

Delivery time for custom orders
Delivery times for custom/special orders vary according to individual customer agreements, or info provided on the site for purchased product. Times can vary depending on how busy the work shop is at the time of the order.
If for some reason delivery cannot take place according to above statement, we will immediately inform you via the registered e-mail and agree upon a new delivery date.

Right to withdraw
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at sonnemoguitars@hotmail.com to discuss a witdrawal of your order,
as rules and regulations can vary wildly depending on country of residence.

A prerequisite for any potential withdrawal is that the merchandise has not been used (or damaged in any way) upon return to us, and also that you contact us at sonneguitars@hotmail.com for instructions on how to proceed with the return. SonnemoGuitars will not pay COD-fees (Cash On Delivery), nor shipping invoices. Nor will SonnemoGuitars pay for the return shipping of your purchase.

This does not apply to wrongfully expedited goods. In which case will naturally pay the return shipping cost! You are still responsible to keep the merchandise in the same condition as when received. If the product is in any way damaged, or is misplaced due to negligence on your part, you loose any withdrawal right.

Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint of a product, we ask you to conact us asap through sonnemoguitars@hotmail.com to get information concerning the return of your purchase.
A full review and investigation of said product is performed by SonnemoGuitars upon products return, before any refund is issued. You will normally receive eventual refund within two weeks. In exceptional cases this might take up to 30 days.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated upon your checkout from the online webshop.

Payment alternatives
Pre-payment are done to BankGiro (we will send an invoice to your registered email). You can also pay through the online service PayPal

Personal records
We follow the law of Personal Records GDPR.
All personal information are only registered for internal use at SonnemoGuitars, and never given to any third parties. The only other companies privy to this information is out payment partners; Klarna and PayPal. You can ask to have your records deleted.
